With an annual turnover of €170 million, 250 stores and 1,300 employees, La Sirena is the largest frozen food chain in Spain. In its quest to optimise cost control, the company turned to ERA to analyse 21 categories of expenditure, identifying significant savings in 18 of them.
In the Security category, savings of 80% were achieved thanks to the incorporation of advanced surveillance technology and the restructuring of contracts with suppliers. This solution not only reduced costs but also increased security levels in offices and stores. In other words, it was possible to combine financial savings with an improvement in service quality.
