With almost 20 years of experience in corporate finance and operations, Sean helps organizations uncover valuable insights and drive sustainable growth through strategic cost management.
As a consulting partner with ERA, based in Nashville, Sean serves clients in Tennessee and Kentucky. Prior to joining ERA Group, Sean worked across multiple sectors, in both financial and operational roles in fintech, insurance, IT services.
He served as a Financial Management & Acquisition Officer in the US Air Force, finishing his military career at the USAF Cost Analysis Agency, where he developed service cost positions for space weapon systems. He brings extensive expertise in decision support, performance management, and strategic sourcing, with both operational and technical skills in the source-to-settle process.
Sean holds a B.S in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.S. in Cost Analysis from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology with specializations in corporate finance, strategy, and supply chain operations.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
