Before joining ERA, he held senior roles with both large corporations and high-growth start-ups, building and directing high-performing sales and marketing teams at leading analytics and research firms, including Schwab and Eurasia.Having launched and managed two fintech start-ups, Nixon has deep expertise in using data, analytics, and AI to uncover inefficiencies and create cost-effective business strategies – skills that align directly with ERA's mission to optimize expenses and improve operational performance.His experience in process redesign, offshore resource management, and spend analysis, combined with a global network across financial and professional services sectors, allows him to identify hidden savings and drive sustainable improvements for clients. Nixon holds a Master’s in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University and completed executive studies in Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.
