He has held the position of Operations Director with responsibility for all production sites in the country in which he operated, leading complex teams and highly operational processes. His career has developed mainly abroad, in Europe, Asia and Africa, where he has been able to deal with diverse work environments and different cultures, strengthening his leadership and adaptation skills. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has always focused on reducing operating costs, optimizing industrial efficiency and improving organisational structures.At ERA, he is involved in business development, project management and the analysis of processes related to maintenance activities.
