Inês Boléo Tomé is the new partner of ERA Group in Portugal.
Due to her growing involvement in business and management issues, she decided to take on new challenges in the business area as a manager, accepting the invitation to become a partner at ERA, with whom she had already been collaborating for some time.
She began her academic career in Early Childhood Education, later training in Management, specifically in Social Organizations, at AESE Business School and Family Businesses at IE Business School in Madrid. She worked in large, prestigious schools and later held management positions in a major educational project in Portugal.
According to João Costa, country manager of ERA Group in Portugal: "It is with great satisfaction that we welcome a new Partner to ERA's operation in Portugal. Inês was already working with us and we are delighted to see her now take on the role of Partner."
