Leolux: ‘With ERA's help; our transition to leasing went perfectly. The result feels just as comfortable as our furniture.’

Leolux Furniture Group develops and manufactures contemporary seating furniture of high quality and long life. All products are designed by international designers and made to order by the company's own craftsmen. Since 1934; the Venlo-based family business has grown into a leading manufacturer of unique furniture for customers all over the world.

Leolux had already decided to stop purchasing company cars in the long term and switch to leasing. ERA was called in to manage this transition; with a specific focus on relieving Leolux's internal organization of any worries.

When the first purchased cars needed to be replaced; Leolux initially considered drawing up a transition plan itself. 'Coincidentally; I came into contact with Theo Heldens and Rik Boots of ERA Group at that moment;' says Geert Litjens; Finance & IT director at Leolux. 'And then the fleet ball started rolling. During a cup of coffee with their colleague; fleet specialist Henk Postmus; it quickly became clear to me that we – as seasoned furniture experts – did not have the knowledge and expertise in-house for our fleet dossier. We saw ERA's added value. The decision to tackle this together was quickly made.'

Everything has now been arranged and set up; and Litjens is happy with the result: 'If we had had to do this ourselves; we might have forgotten 20 things. Now I know for sure that everything is in order.'
