"Process harmonisation and cost optimisation" was the name of the project developed in collaboration with our client SYNETIQ; highlighting the fantastic work that has been done and continues to this day.

ERA has already implemented six categories within the overall project; with others still in progress. So far; more than £150;000 in annual expenditure has been reduced; with the following percentage savings:
- Photocopiers: 40%
- Packaging: 26%
- Office consumables: 40%
- Palletised loads: 15%
- Bulk fuel: 17%
- Fuel cards: 1.5%
