[DALLAS; TEXAS; OCTOBER 29; 2025] ERA Group are proud to announce Mary Kennedy Thompson has joined ERA Group as an advisor to the board. Currently; the CEO of BNI Global; the world’s largest business referral networking organization; Mary has a distinguished career in franchising spanning over 30 years.
Prior to her appointment to BNI; she worked at Neighborly; the world’s largest home services company. For nearly 20 years; Mary first served as President of Neighborly’s largest brand; Mr. Rooter Plumbing; and then as Chief Operating Officer of the parent company; leading more than 15 brands across the home services sector. She is also the current Chair of the International Franchise Association (IFA).
