In order to remain focused on its business operations and services; Capriole engaged ERA Group to conduct an expert assessment of its parcel transport. The company did not have this specialist knowledge in-house. The assessment focused on aspects such as the efficiency of the existing transport partner; the quality of service; the cost structure and sustainability.
