Stera Technologies is an international technology company that employs over 800 highly educated professionals at seven locations in Finland and Estonia. The group offers contract manufacturing services, Stera devices and distribution cabinets, SteraSmart production automation solutions, and wireless production environment monitoring systems.A few years ago, ERA Group organised a tender for the procurement of office supplies for Stera. Although Stera's procurement processes are efficient and well organised, many other product and service categories had not been tendered for in years, which is why the company believed that significant savings could be achieved.Over a period of three years, the team organised four overlapping two-year tenders at Stela's Finnish sites and selected sites in Estonia.
