BAUER Maschinen GmbH designs and manufactures rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall rigs, and tools of all kinds. The machines are used for specialized civil engineering as well as for the exploration, development, and extraction of natural resources. Based on successful previous projects, the company commissioned ERA Group to analyze and optimize its temporary staffing operations.In the middle of the project, BAUER was hit by the pandemic. Many of the assumptions made earlier were thus rendered obsolete. The required number of temporary workers has fluctuated significantly ever since. ERA Group adapted the ongoing project to the new conditions and adjusted the priorities.
