Lupus alpha is an owner-managed, independent asset management company that offers specialised investment products to institutional and private investors. Each product is the responsibility of portfolio managers with many years of experience and a proven track record. With over 80 employees, the Frankfurt-based asset manager is a medium-sized company that sees itself as a partner and solution provider for its clients' investment needs. In order to be well equipped for future tasks, a sustainable IT cost structure must be in place. The company therefore commissioned Stephan Fuhr from ERA Group to carry out a cost analysis and optimise existing cost structures. The IT area was analysed by specialist Volker Worringer.
