Lehmann & Voss & Co. KG has been producing and marketing chemical and mineral specialities to industrial customers worldwide for more than 100 years. The company commissioned Michael Röper from ERA Group to analyse and optimise its cost management. Over the course of several years of collaboration, the costs for waste disposal, packaging, workwear, telecommunications, office supplies, C-parts, cleaning and energy were examined, resulting in savings of between 5 and 33 per cent.
