Window and door manufacturer Inwido wanted to streamline the operations of its three factories manufacturing Tiivi, Pihla and Eskopuu products. Expense Reduction Analysts was asked to investigate and standardise the factories' supplier agreements for production consumables. The project also covered the installation supplies used by subcontractors.
