Firecon Group Oy, Finland's largest fire extinguishing system contractor, decided to review its indirect costs and asked ERA Group's experts to assist in the work. After the survey, the costs were reviewed in four cost categories, and with ERA's help, long-term savings were achieved without compromising the quality of operations. The success is due to ERA's operating model and the service attitude of its experts.
