The FFF Group is the world's largest producer of wool felts and a specialist in the field of nonwovens and the development of intelligent technical textile solutions. In order to further optimise the group's cost structure, Johannes Hertenberger, Purchasing Manager at Wirth Systems GmbH and Head of the Central Purchasing Department at the FFF Group, commissioned Martin Reissmann from ERA Group to analyse and reduce expenditure on waste disposal and cleaning at a total of four locations. Reissmann brought in experts Wolfram Köhler (cleaning) and Volker Klinkosch (waste disposal) to assist with the projects.
