Overview
EG is one of Scandinavia's leading IT companies. The company was established in 1977
and was part of the IBM Group from 1993 to 2008, when it was acquired by the private equity fund Nordic Capital. Since then, EG has grown significantly and has also acquired a large number of companies in Scandinavia, so that its 1,300 employees now generate annual revenue of over DKK 1.5 billion.
