With around 100 employees and a turnover of €45 million, the Königswinter hot rolling mill has been producing and processing wide flat steel and round blanks for 50 years. Its main customer industries include automotive, offshore, tool manufacturing, civil engineering, metalworking and mechanical engineering. WW-K is valued worldwide for its high quality and fast order processing.

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, WW-K's energy costs have almost doubled. WW-K has commissioned the energy team led by Peter Dächert from ERA Group to analyse and optimise costs in the areas of technical gases and liquefied petroleum gas.
