Sale-and-lease-back provides Agrico with more efficient fleet management at lower costs
ERA Group was asked to relieve potato specialist and market leader Agrico of the extensive fleet management work. And we succeeded in doing so. Through a sale-and-leaseback construction, Agrico switched to one fixed leasing company that also takes care of the entire fleet management. This resulted in a cost saving of almost 14%.
Following implementation, ERA will monitor compliance with the agreements between the leasing company and Agrico for a period of four years. This concerns both the services provided and the pricing.
