During his professional career, he worked for more than 20 years in several branches of credit insurance companies’ management, through risk management, credit risk management, debt collection, credit risk restructuring, up-to-business strategies, and insurance company management. In the corporate world of insurance companies, he spent the last 8 years in the position of general clerk and general director of insurance companies, he worked in several countries within CEE – Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland.
As part of his broad expertise within the ERA world, he primarily focuses on fleet management (fleet emission reduction management, implementation of a negative carbon footprint for car fleets) and insurance (credit insurance, building credit management, insurance methodology, and implementation of best in rules within insurance performance in companies).
He is also an expert in project management within implementation and process solutions at various levels of management (SW implementation, process management, product management, anti-money laundering, anti-theft, anti-fraud).

Juraj has proven skills in managing complex insurance company issues, risk assessment, data and financial analyzes, and team leadership, gained through his leadership roles within international insurance companies and consulting assignments.
