Professionally, he has spent his entire career in multinational environments. He began at Deloitte and then gained 19 years of experience at various companies in the Sara Lee group and at subsidiaries of Sun Capital Partners, mainly as Chief Financial Officer and also as Commercial Director. He currently combines his role as senior partner at ERA Group with his passion for teaching, to which he devotes part of his time as a professor of Executive Education at ESADE Business School.
My speciality at ERA is Project Management. The key to success in my role lies in the intelligent management of the people involved in the project, particularly those responsible for expenditure in the companies we are working with. In my experience, every company has room for savings; I repeat, every company. The key is to delve deeper into the culture, values and "myths" that surround the company and are the real obstacle to drastic cost reduction.
