During that time Robb executed countless cost-saving and process improvement projects for Del Monte. Robb fills all of the various roles within ERA Group - Client Acquisition, Project Management and Solutions Delivery.
For his largest client, Robb has filled all 3 roles while driving in excess of $1.3M in annual savings. Robb has shifted his focus within ERA to do more of the Solutions Delivery in such categories as Freight/Logistics, Waste and MRO Supplies.
