Stefan Mocker, former petrol station management consultant and later area sales manager for retail, direct sales and franchise outlets in the telecommunications industry, has been a partner at ERA Group since 2011. His work includes customer acquisition, project management and the analysis and optimisation of telecommunications services (landline, mobile, telephone systems, data connections). The focus of his work is on the successful implementation of the results of cost optimisation projects in close cooperation with customers. In doing so, he attaches particular importance not only to an excellent price-performance ratio for supplier services, but also to the improvement of internal customer processes.
