Roland Prehm has been working as a senior partner at ERA Group since 2007. His focus is on new customer acquisition as well as project and customer management. Since starting his role, Roland has successfully implemented over 200 projects for more than 50 larger medium-sized customers. He is also an accredited coach and TÜV Rheinland-certified project manager. Roland has more than 35 years of experience in various sales and marketing management positions and in management consulting. A trained travel agent, he studied business administration at the University of Cologne and worked for American Express Int, Inc. in Frankfurt and London for 17 years.
