Originally from England, I spent 15 years at Airbus, working in the purchasing, finance and project management departments. This immersion in the demanding world of aeronautics taught me to combine rigour, adaptability and sustainable performance. For the past five years, I have been putting this experience to work for companies, helping them to optimize their vehicle fleets with a threefold objective: to reduce costs, improve mobility comfort and significantly lower their carbon footprint. I firmly believe that the transition to more responsible mobility is possible, provided that it is well supported. Every organization can adapt to environmental and regulatory changes, provided it has the right tools and a human approach to change. That is why I place as much importance on education as I do on data analysis, in order to help my clients make informed and sustainable choices.Today, leaders must contend with an increasingly restrictive fiscal and regulatory framework, while guiding their teams through sometimes unpopular transformations. This dual challenge calls for targeted expertise and the ability to persuade over the long term. Tomorrow, fleet management will not be any simpler, but it can become more strategic. My role is to transform this complexity into performance levers, in the service of smarter and more responsible mobility.
