After 15 years working with leaders from 41 organisations across all sectors as an external advisor, building on 20 years of previous experience in various senior management roles, I am now in an ideal position to provide real and concrete value in expenditure optimisation management. My job is simple: to help CEOs implement projects that drive efficiency in very specific areas of their organisation's purchasing. The first focus: people. Safeguarding the professional integrity of everyone involved. The second focus: equipping yourself with an expert analyst team that never fails; if there are hidden efficiencies, we bring them to light.
