Following a MSc in Automotive Engineering in 2009, Scipione started his career helping a major automotive OEM optimizing warranty costs. Few years later, Scipione moved to Procurement in various strategic roles and lately he has been directing various team in direct costs optimization with various approaches and levers. In 2019 Scipione earned a Master of Business Administration at Politecnico di Milano, while expading his career into sales and project management. In his experience, the TCO (Total Cost of Qwnership) will be fundamental competitive lever for the future organizations Scipione joined ERA in September 2022 and he has quickly gained the trust of his collegueas and clients when leading projects in Maintenante, Consumables and Packaging
