As a partner, he is responsible for customer and project management and focuses on consistent implementation rather than flashy presentations: measurable savings, sustainable process improvements and success-oriented remuneration. Supported by more than 200 ERA specialists and experience from over 3,500 customer projects, he implements efficient, low-risk optimisations.
Previously, he was managing director of a manufacturing company with 180 employees, achieved double-digit growth rates and oversaw two successful sales to private equity investors. He holds a degree in business administration (BA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
