Frank Staudacker, a business economist and business IT specialist, is a partner at ERA Group. He has around 30 years of professional experience, which he gained at various industrial companies. He began his career in finance/controlling and IT, then took on additional responsibilities in purchasing and sales, and subsequently moved into management.
He is convinced that every company should be able to develop its full potential – without being hampered in its competitiveness by unnecessary costs. At ERA, he therefore supports companies as a project manager in optimizing their purchasing conditions and processes – where experience has shown that hidden, previously untapped potential lies.
