Under Brad’s leadership, his teams started new manufacturing locations, introduced and ramped new technologies and products, achieved record yields, massively reduced scrap rates, and reached new levels of profitability. Brad is known for his leadership in technical problem-solving, aligning business systems and resources with operational needs, and driving manufacturing stability.
Based in southern California, Brad now helps US-based business leaders increase profit and valuation, leveraging the ERA Group network of experts to address expense-side opportunities.
Before joining ERA Group, Brad served as the Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Skorpios Technologies. His prior positions include Director of Operations and Director of Manufacturing Engineering with Infineon Technologies Brad has an MS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of VirginiaHe is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
