Tracy's background as an Executive Director of both a Multi National and a family owned SME helps her understand the differing cultural requirements which are so important to delivering solutions in the most effective way.
To date Tracy has saved ERA clients in excess of £18M at the same time as delivering many additional operational benefits. Tracy has worked with clients across Retail, Manufacturing, Service, Charity, Leisure, Entertainment, Contracting, Building and Catering sectors.
Tracy provides specialist category knowledge, market insight and leverage with the help of her ERA team.Tracy's client list includes: Bonhams, Taylor Wimpey, Selfridges, Signet, Lyreco, Arcadia and Roadchef.
Prior to joining ERA Group in 2007, Tracy was a board director of a successful manufacturer based in London’s Dockland.
Tracy’s passionate belief that purchase and supplier management should hold a permanent seat at the board room table as part of a wider financial team has helped many of her clients improve their bottom line profits.
Tracy’s expertise in the field of purchasing has been recognised on many occasions with invitations to speak on the subject at prestigious events such as the Financial Directors Summit.
