In 2018, I made the transition to entrepreneurship and became a partner at ERA Group. After 25 years in banking at ABN AMRO and Rabobank, where I found great satisfaction in helping entrepreneurs and directors realize their ambitions, I now enjoy working shoulder to shoulder with clients and am keen to demonstrably improve the profitability and entrepreneurial value of organizations.
