Stephanie joined ERA in 2016 and is a “recovering CFO” with 30 years of experience ranging from start-ups to Fortune 250 companies across various industries. A CPA and SHRM member, she previously served as CFO/COO of Mercer Health and Benefits, the world’s largest advisor and broker of health and benefit solutions.
At ERA, she draws on her financial and HR expertise to help clients evaluate and optimize complex benefit structures and other human capital arrangements to achieve meaningful savings. Stephanie is recognized for her hands-on approach and deep commitment to client success.
