Robert Simon is a senior partner at the ERA Group. As a graduate in business administration (FH) with a focus on accounting and controlling, he led teams in human resources and finance/accounting, initially as commercial director in a medium-sized trading company, later as a manager in temporary employment. Since 2012, he has been contributing this dual perspective to ERA: recruitment, temporary employment, outsourcing, process optimisation, personnel development, employee retention concepts and employer branding are deliberately interlinked in his approach. His approach is holistic and down-to-earth: clear processes, reliable recruitment quality, transparency and cost orientation – throughout the entire employee life cycle, from requirement profiles and selection to induction and further training to cultural and retention work. More than two decades of practical experience are underpinned by regular further training, including in business mediation, corporate culture, strategic corporate planning, CAS studies in business ethics and as a sustainability manager (TÜV). The aim is always to achieve tailor-made, resilient human resources work that combines economic efficiency and employee satisfaction in a sustainable manner – according to proven principles and without trendy buzzwords.
