Ray Stapleton is a Senior Consulting Partner with the ERA Group based in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an ERA client manager, Ray is focused on implementing strategic win-win cost management solutions that deliver long-term value for both clients and suppliers. As a client advocate, his focus is to deliver comprehensive cost containment solutions for his executive clients.
Ray is a seasoned executive with over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing operations and 18 years with ERA. He has held key manufacturing positions as Manufacturing Director for Hill-Rom, Plant Superintendent for Visteon – Ford, and Strategic Business Unit Manager for Rotary Lift.
Ray participates in the ERA Office Consumables and Janitorial Supply practice groups, assisting clients and consultants across the country in the delivery of best-in-class expense reviews. Since joining the Office Consumables practice group, Ray has engaged in over 300 Office Consumables and 125 Janitorial / Sanitary Supplies expense reviews. Ray has a B.S. from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance from Webster University. Ray actively participates with the Firefly Children / Family Alliance, Wheeler Mission, United Way ReadUP, and is an international volunteer for the Guatemala God’s Child program.
