Kari Mattila holds a Master's degree in Economics. Before joining ERA Group, he worked in the automotive industry as CEO and CFO of Inchcape Motors Finland Oy, CFO of Warner Music Finland Oy, and in various accounting and sales positions at Esso Oy Ab. Kari Mattila has also held board positions in companies in various industries over the years. Kari Mattila joined ERA Group as a partner in 2012. At ERA Group, Kari has worked as a customer manager and expert in over 300 projects of various sizes, covering a wide range of industries – from medium-sized family businesses to large listed companies. During his career at ERA Group, Kari has continued to expand his expertise in cost savings, focusing primarily on transport and logistics services.
