With over 30 years of experience in financial management and business development, Immaculada Pulido has led transformation projects in industrial, chemical and food supplement companies. She combines a solid background in law (UB) and an MBA from ESADE with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Senior Consultant in growing SMEs or those undergoing change. At ERAGroup, she supports companies in optimizing costs, modernising finances and improving profitability, applying practical, results-oriented methodologies. Her approach combines financial rigour, strategic vision and human sensitivity, promoting more efficient teams, stronger companies and more sustainable decisions.
I help companies consolidate their business, improve processes and optimize costs from a human and strategic perspective. My goal is to professionalise and strengthen organizations economically, contributing experience, judgement and vision to successfully face the challenges of growth and transformation.
