Iain offers an in-depth knowledge of the Packaging market having carried out a multitude of projects since joining ERA in 2012, including polythene, corrugate, carton board, cores, pallets, tapes, consumables, labels, garment hangers and primary packaging. Projects often entail a number of these product areas creating 4 or 5 “mini projects”. Savings opportunities come from an intuitive feel combined with strong analytical skills.
Sustainable savings however are the result of strong relationships and continuous tracking of market indices. Through working closely with stakeholders, Iain builds trust, gaining buy-in and facilitating smooth implementation.
