I've held management roles at startup companies across the telecom and healthcare industries, being a key contributor in building systems, defining processes, and influencing business culture - which led to successful acquisitions of each company I had the pleasure of helping grow.
At ERA Group, my goal is to illuminate opportunities for businesses to reduce expenses and redirect those costs back into their company's mission. I split my time between establishing relationships with new businesses to understand their spending challenges, presenting options of where/how I can help reduce their spending by optimizing supplier relationships or improving processes, and monitoring the effects of those improvements throughout the lifecycle of our engagement.
