After 23 years in leadership, strategy, and operations, I pivoted from IT-centric roles to consulting across multiple industries for SMEs. While primarily serving the DACH region, I work with clients worldwide and enjoy collaborating across borders.
In the first eight months, I led general consulting projects across Logistics, KEP (courier/express/parcel), Facility Management, and Marketing. Simultaneously, I designed an ICT hardware procurement program for clients worldwide with a focus on the European Economic Area (EEA). As the program gained momentum, I focused on it full-time and completed roughly 100 IT procurement projects in the tens of millions of euros within 12 months.
